Casting nightmare 7/24/2020 12:00:00 AM by shannon_frost
The movie is cute and typical Hallmark fun but the casting of the mom is so far off it's distractingly laughable! She wears an awful grey wig but looks younger than the star! In reality she is only a couple of years older than the woman that plays her daughter. Please. Aren't there some late fifty year olds that can act? Of course there are. Shame on you for miscasting.

Yay Teamwork! 6/15/2020 12:00:00 AM by rebekahrox
Finally Hallmark teamed Christopher Russell up with an actress he had some chemistry with! He showed a lot more personality than he has in some of his recent roles. The best he's been since Midnight Masquerade. Cindy Busbee is one of my favorite Hallmark actresses and she did not disappoint in this one.The basic plot isn't anything much but the two leads really played off of each other well. it was a straight up romantic comedy with no festivals or save the--- fill in the blank--- gimmicks to prop up a tired plot and fill in the 2 hours. Plus, there was a lot of good information about the weather.

Real sci-fi movie 9/10/2020 12:00:00 AM by raronhiarakwas
Leading actress 37 mom is 41 and not a stepmother. Trying to figure that one out. Poor storyline trying to make new Hallmark movies to fast quality is lacking and shows. The lead male actor did an excellent job considering what had to work with. He made it believable.

Eek 6/17/2020 12:00:00 AM by elliep-46475
If anyone needs a meteorology-themed Hallmark movie, check out Cloudy with a Chance of Love. It's funny, has a great cast, and emphasizes the complicated science (!!) involved in weather forecasting.
This movie tried to establish a strong female character with big ambitions and career goals on the horizon. Unfortunately, a weak script and (I hate to say) portrayal on the part of Busby couldn't carry this one off.

Eenie, meenie, minie mo 11/2/2020 12:00:00 AM by Ed-Shullivan
Eenie, meenie, minie mo
Don't waste your time because this movie is really slow
She says "it's rain in the forecast", he says "it's sun"
I say who cares because this made for TV film is certainly no fun
These two lovebirds play cat and mouse throughout the movie
If I can suggest you should be a lot more choosy
I forecast a 5 out of 10 IMDB rating, no more, no less
This film will never win any contest
